Working with headless android

A lot of times I am working with boards that do not have a display and need hdmi to connect to a display. This also gets irritating because I also need to lug around a keyboard and mouse to work with it. Found an interesting app that solves this in a pretty cool way.

above is the link that led me to Vysor.

Vysor is a chrome application. When I load it in chrome, and I have the USB debugging turned on, it will connect to the device and will display the screen on my PC. A bonus is that it will also allow me to use the keyboard on my mac as a regular keyboard.

This installs as an app in Chrome, and will connect over the USB debug interface.

Pretty cool…
